My green thumb!

I don't know if I had much to do with it as anything grows in this climate, but I enjoy having a garden each spring. Here are some pictures of it. We didn't do very many different things this year, as we started early and some of the peppers and beans that we wanted to plant aren't supposed to be planted until later and we just didn't get around to it. But we have a bunch of tomatoes (cherry, roma, and some regular size variety), cilantro (turning into coriander from the looks of it) and sage, and a trellice of sugar snap peas. We've been picking and eating the peas daily, so we can't collect enough to cook with. Oh well. We're going to have a TON of tomatoes by the look of things. More than we've ever had. But many of them already have marks from the squirells. I need a BB gun.

Hydrangeas

I love our hydrangeas. They are just blooming, and are a bright purple/blue. Soon they'll get dark blue. My hand is there as a size comparison.

Oops.

Rachel had to cover up an oops the other night while cutting my hair. I guess she got lost in my eyes. Or something like that.

Scared straight!

So Rachel went to a Relief Society Spa party and came back with straight hair. Although I like the look on her occasionally, I'm very glad that it springs back when washed. (whew!)
